Artificial intelligence (AI) has seen its share of both good and bad in the past year, from art-generating models that encourage creativity to deepfakes that allow bad actors to push lies. Regulations and decentralization will continue to drive AI platforms. I will be keeping an eye out for anything specific that affects small businesses. For now, the industry (and technology) continues to develop at a rapid pace.
